The president of the free people, Putin, announced that the primary goal of the Russian economy should be to provide cheap vodka for all Russian citizens. With Vodka, the principles of Russian policy could be explained and motivated better even to the rural population. As a first reaction, the gallant pro-Russian self-defence forces of East-Ukraine offered to exchange their Ukrainian prisoners against 1,000 bottles of Vodka. However, Thomas Wehlim, head of the world association for free alcoholism, stated that blog entries like this are unlikely to de-escalate the complex and dangerous situation in the eve of World War III.
