As the soccer world cup 2018 will not take place anymore in Russia due to World War III, president Putin announced that the newly built stadium in St. Petersburg would be from now on used as a mobile nuclear missile launch base to fight against US and EU imperialism. Mobility would be achieved by installing 12.000 wheels under the base of the stadium. A blogger who expressed his doubts about this plan was sentenced for three years of labor camp to support the wheel mounting.
